Super Simple Manuka Mask

Best for: Exfoliating

Ingredients:

  1. Manuka honey (it’s produced by bees that pollinate the flowers of the New Zealand–native Manuka bush and it’s been shown to have even more anti-bacterial benefits than traditional honey varieties)

Directions:

  1. Apply a thin layer of Manuka honey to damp skin

  2. leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse off gently with a moisturizing cleanser





Brown Sugar Scrub Mask

Best for: Beautifying

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

  2. 2 Tbsp. coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Mix together 2 Tbsp. brown sugar and 2 Tbsp. coconut oil

  2. Apply to face in gentle circular motions, let sink in for five minutes, then wash off with warm water



Green Tea Mask

Best for: Glowing skin

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Tbsp. matcha green tea

  2. 1 Tbsp. raw honey

  3. 1 Tbsp. baking soda

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 Tbsp. each matcha green tea, raw honey, and baking soda, then add just enough water to make a paste.

  2. Apply to face, leave for 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.




Milk Mask

Best for: Blemish fighting

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Tbsp. raw honey

  2. 2 Tbsp. nutmeg

  3. 2 tsp. milk

Directions:

  1. Combine 2 Tbsp. raw honey, 2 Tbsp. nutmeg, and 2 tsp. milk to form a thin paste.

  2. Apply to face, leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. Follow up with a moisturizer.



Oatmeal Mask

Best for: Moisture

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup warm water

  2. ½ cup colloidal oatmeal.

Directions:

  1. Combine 1/4 cup warm water with ½ cup colloidal oatmeal.

  2. Apply to face, leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.



Avocado Mask

Best for: Hydrating

Ingredients:

  1. ½ a ripe avocado (mashed)

  2. 1 tsp. raw honey

  3. 1 tsp. plain full-fat yogurt.

Directions:

  1. Mix ½ a ripe avocado (mashed), 1 tsp. raw honey, and 1 tsp. plain full-fat yogurt.

  2. Apply to face, leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.



Aloe + Honey Mask

Best for: Soothing

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Tbsp. pure aloe vera gel

  2. 1 Tbsp. raw honey

Directions:

  1. Combine 1 Tbsp. pure aloe vera gel and 1 Tbsp. raw honey to form a paste.

  2. Spread evenly over face, leave on for 20–30 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
